Silvitri does not provide cash, bank, card, UPI, or payment-method refunds for eligible returns.

Once an eligible return is received and approved after inspection, the applicable value will be provided as a Silvitri voucher/store credit instead of a cash refund.

Products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the required original packaging and accessories.
